Congress, according to California US Senator Feinstein (Senatorial Judiciary Committee Member), believes that Healthcare is de facto a "right of Congress to tax" the individual. In an e-mail letter to me, this is precisely what her official position is as of Thursday, December 17, 2009:

The Teamsters just sent me this update...that Pelosi, Reid, and the White House will privately sit around and reconcile the House and Senate Bills. The way they worded it, it makes me wonder if the Congressional leaders will also suspend the rules and give their unviewed versions then directly to Obama to sign.

"The Senate is currently in the process of working to pass their version of health care legislation, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Although final amendments have not yet been determined, the bill currently does contain an excise tax provision. Once a bill passes the Senate, it must then be reconciled with the House-passed version. There is speculation that there will not be a conference committee, but that instead, reconciliation will be done through efforts of the Congressional Leadership and the White House."
Now you need to remember, that the Unions have the inside track with what Reid and Pelosi do behind closed doors that even their Republican colleagues and uninvited Democrat colleagues don't know. The Republic of the United States of America is being taken over by Treason, and willing apathy to that Treason by the colleagues of the same. Perhaps it is time that Congress disbands and doesn't come back. If Reid and Pelosi do such an action as make a joint bill and give it directly to Obama, I really don't see what will prevent Obama from declaring Congress disbanded, and his Czars as taking over what used to be the Senate and House of Representatives job come whenever Congress has gone home for Christmas or such and hasn't yet come back.
I think we may actually be that close to the Communist-Socialist Tulane Experiment turned takeover. We are about to find out that the most patriotic Constitutional Americans are those of us who advocate the legal and peaceful removal of Barack Obama as a Constitutionally unqualified non-USA Foreign Kenyan-British Natural born Citizen.
Why is removing Barack Obama so important?
