The forming of the Shadow Government, and plans for an Overthrow of Democracy by Obama et al.

In order to understand the structure of the "shadow government" being built among the Czars in the Executive Branch, we must enter the mind of a “New Progressive”, and think in terms of educational tacticians. As we have seen in quoting Cass Sunstein’s May 2005 paper on Progressivism, the outlines of the New Communist-Socialist Government which will replace out current Democratic Republic, has been experimented and outlined in “environmental” arenas. One such paper is in the heart of Acorn and SEIU headquarters country, New Orleans’s own Tulane University.

Saul Alinsky, whose writings Obama praised and taught verbatim at ACORN, once wrote:
"Any revolutionary change must be preceded by a passive, affirmative, non-challenging attitude toward change among the mass of our people. They must feel so frustrated, so defeated, so lost, so futureless in the prevailing system that they are willing to let go of the past and change the future. This acceptance is the reformation essential to any revolution. To bring on this reformation requires that the organizer work inside the system..."

That pro-Alinsky Socialist-Communist "reformer" is the foreign natural born citizen, Barack Hussein Obama. As a matter of Law, by not having a US Citizen Father, but rather a Foreign British Colonial-Kenyan National Father, Barack Obama is forever precluded from being a legal office holder of the Presidency, and the status of a US “natural born” citizen. The Natural Born Status, prior to May 25, 1934 in US Law was granted by the US Citizen Father. Since May 25, 1934, a US natural Born Citizen Status is granted by both a US Citizen Father AND the US Citizen Mother together. This is separate and apart from the simple "born citizen" status accorded by just one US Citizen parent upon the child born jus soli. So even if Barack was born in the US, by advancing higher than a US Senator or Governor of a State, he automatically and knowing over-stepped into illegality and usurpation via massive and conspiratorial fraud.

The "Tulane Executive Summary", (which was available in its entirety at: http://www.tulane.edu/~greenclb/thesis/entire%201.pdf  [now since removed]) to which the Obama Administration has taken Socialist-Communist outlines or patterns and is implementing, reads:
"The key element is a leader who is an administrator [think Community Organizer- Ed.]... Leadership is the key and defining element of the model for institutional change. ...Advocacy is usually a grassroots or bottom-up effort, but top-down advocacy is just as important...Advocacy procures the leader, who is supported with policy and resources. The leader is in an institutionalized position dedicated to the change agenda. He or she is the change agent: the communicator and facilitator of the change process, the advocate and lobbyist for the change agenda. The leader needs power or direct access to power.

...Advocacy and policy procure resources. Roughly prioritized, the primary resources are personnel (a leader, support staff, an office), financial resources, information and data, power (or direct access to power), and the ability to offer opportunities and incentives for improvement and positive change. Resource allocations should be in line with the missions of the institution, and a continual supply of necessary resources will maintain the desired changes...
The institution – especially the administration, who should also act as leaders for change – must support the leader. Finally, the leader should be charismatic: important character traits include communication, interpersonal and listening skills; visionary planning; and the capability to accomplish meaningful projects. "


By example, they will cite the structure (as now likely used by the new replacement government in the Czars of the Executive Branch of the Obama Adminsitration) as having what we would now call one of the Environmental Czars report to the Committee,
" and the Committee would, in turn, answer to the President ... It is necessary for the President to approve all appointments to the Committee, which would need a Chairperson of the President’s choosing to act as the Presidential liaison. "

The incorporated Structure, which the Conservatives have yet to figure out, is that the Tulane universal model is now likely used by the new replacement government being organized in the Executive Branch of the Obama Adminsitration. Czars working beyond any cabinet restrictive portfolio, overseen by a Board of Czars, overseen by Obama. They give themselves 1 year in the Tulane model application, that is just 1 year to prepare from January 20, 2009, before implementation of the overthrow of the host system. Will Obama declare Martial Law, suspend the US Constitution, and declare himself dictator before the elections of 2010? The percentage of likelihood is now above 85% as affirmatively, yes.

In our application with Obama, by example we would call the Environmental Czar report to the "secret cadre" of unknown individuals who make up the Committee. These could clearly include Soros, the Rathke brothers (ACORN & SEIU), the Pritzkers, Valerie Jarret, and who knows. From here, according to this Tulane Executive Summary, " ... the Committee would, in turn, answer to the President ... It is necessary for the President to approve all appointments to the Committee, which would need a Chairperson of the President’s choosing to act as the Presidential liaison. "

The secret cadre goes back to a quote from Bill Ayers Weather Underground tract, that reads in part:

This will require a cadre organization, effective secrecy, self-reliance among the cadres, and an integrated relationship with the active mass-based movement. To win a war with an enemy as highly organized and centralized as the imperialists will require a (clandestine) organization of revolutionaries, having also a unified "general staff"; that is, combined at some point with discipline under one centralized leadership. Because war is political, political tasks -- the international communist revolution -- must guide it….”

39 years after forming this Communist-Socialist "secret cadre", the revolutionaries won an illegal candidate to Presidential Election, and Bill Ayers remains in the background as an alleged member of the overall "general staff" (according to his own tract) and other more recent developments and information.

This is the kind of Government Obama and his Communist-Socialist allies are building. Do you, as freedom loving Americans, really want even a foretaste of the Stalinist-Maoist tyranny they have planned for us? I sure don't!!!
