Barack Obama, born in Kenya, Indonesia, and in two different Honolulu Hospitals?

In another post, I will have to address the natural born status issue of following the Citizen Father, because of the length and detail of this post on the 4 birth location claims by Obama, members of his family, and a dear friend since high school.

Through the Kenyan Independence Act of 1963 (KIA), and the Constitution of Kenya, the citizens of Kenya who were citizens of Kenya in any way during the period of 1948 to 1963, gained a conversion status of their citizenship to be as applicable as all being a dual-British subject under “2.-(1)(a)” of the KIA of 1963:
2.-(1) On and after the appointed day, the British Nationality Acts 1948 and 1958 shall have effect as if-

Kenyan Constitution: 95. Commonwealth citizens
1. Every person who. under this Constitution or an Act of Parliament. is a citizen of Kenya or who, under any law for {he time being in force in a country to which this section applies. is a citizen of that country shall, by virtue of that citizenship, have the status of a Commonwealth citizen.

Kenyan Constitution: 97. (1) A person who, upon the attainment of the age of twenty-one years, is a citizen of Kenya and also a citizen of some country other than Kenya shall, subject to subsection (7), cease to be a citizen of Kenya upon the specified date unless he has renounced his citizenship of that other country, taken the oath of allegiance and, in the case of a person who was born outside Kenya, made and registered such declaration of his intentions concerning residence as may be prescribed by or under an Act of Parliament.
98. (6) In this section “the specified date” means - (a) in relation to a person to whom subsection (1) refers, the date on which he attains the age of twenty-three years….”

The British Nationality Act of 1981, as of January 1, 1983, absorbed all citizens of Kenya prior to 1981 into a Commonwealth Citizenship of the United Kingdom in sections 37 and 50. This is just over 19 months prior to the deadline imposed under the Kenyan Law under which Barack’s citizenship status was anchored to through his Kenyan Citizen (non-US citizen) father. Since Obama did not swear any oaths of allegiance until he was sworn in as a State Senator of Illinois, did Obama lose his Commonwealth citizenship then in January of 1997 or not? What about his Kenyan Citizenship? Since Kenya does not recognize dual citizenship with the United States, what is Barack’s legal standing? These are questions and answers Obama and the Communist-Socialists who have hijacked the Democratic National Committee DON’T want asked and answered in a Court of Law. Why?

The DoD 5220.22-M, "National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual," 2/28/2006(NISPOM) states at 2-208: “For individuals born in the United States, a birth certificate is the primary and preferred means of citizenship verification.”

Yet Barack Obama has yet to produce any Long Form Birth Certificate and once and for all prove he is US born, contrary to his own and his Kenyan grandmother's claims.

Kenya states, that because Obama was born to a Kenyan Citizen "father", Obama is effectively a "natural born" Kenyan through his father.

The controversial Hawaiian newspaper announcement carried an address of a friend of the family, an educator at the University of Hawaii, which was not lived at by either of Barack’s parents at or near the time of his birth, nor afterwards.

Interestingly, in the Nairobi of Kenya "Standard", there was a protest that went up recently about not honoring and cashing in on Barack Obama's "real hometown," writing:

So if the parents did not live at the Hawaii announced address, where were they? Out of the country on a trip, perhaps?

On page 2 of the November 2004 Rainbow Edition School newspaper, Barack’s sister explicitly informed the reporter that:
“Barack Obama was born on August 4, 1961 at the Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii”

That was likely both the testimony of her brother Barack and possibly their white grandmother.
By February 17, 2008, Maya told the reporter of the Star Bulletin that Barack was now born at Kapi’olani, an entirely different hospital 1.6 miles from Queen’s.

On June 17, 2009, The Chicago Sun-Times reported:

even though she was known as but having a teaching qualification only for "basket weaving".

On Sunday, January 8, 2006, in "Duckworth working to win", Honolulu Advertiser staff writer Will Hoover reported:
“ Illinois Army National Guard Maj. L. Tammy Duckworth sat in a wheelchair at the paper-strewn kitchen table in her suburban Chicago home doing what she seems to do better than most mortals: focusing totally on the task at hand. She worked the phones for hours Wednesday as part of her effort to get herself elected to Congress — reaching out to dozens of mayors, union officials and everyday voters. …Duckworth is happy to point out that she and Hawai'i-raised Punahou graduate Obama have "a kama'aina connection." Both were born outside the country — Obama in Indonesia, Duckworth in Thailand — and graduated from high school in Honolulu — Punahou and McKinley, respectively.”

Notice that Duckworth's Chicago location is "conveniently" about the same as Barack Obama's. Duckworth knew Barack Obama since she was a teenager, and in her recovery in late 2005 to the first week of 2006, Barack would have been someone to visit her, motivate, and open the way for her to run for Congress, despite the loss of both her legs (if there is any truth to that “kama'aina connection” she claims).

On Wednesday April 22, 2009, that “kama'aina connection” was confirmed in the Congressional records of the Senate Daily Digest in the Senate Confirmation of her on page D426.
“Nomination Confirmed: Senate confirmed the following nomination: Ladda Tammy Duckworth, of Illinois, to be an Assistant Secretary of Veterans Affairs (Public and Intergovernmental Affairs).”

So we have a claim of Barack to Duckworth used from high school to as late as January 6 or 7, 2006, that Barack claimed to be born in Indonesia. In regards to Maya, Barack's sister, it was only after this January 2006 article that Maya claimed Barack was born at Kapi'olani instead of Queens, even though it took over 42 months before the Queens and Kapi'olani inconsistencies were purged in the Obama biographies. A simple Long Form Birth Certificate release would clear the matter up very quickly.

Instead, Obama and Communist-Socialist Chicago politics. Two more who have been paid off to keep their mouths shut, it seems to me.
