Starting on October 11, 2011 (reading pp. 441-462 of HR 3962) anyone on Medicare Parts A & B, needing to go to a hospital for services, once released from a hospital, will not be readmitted in most cases, because they will not be paid for.
If the patient is hospitalized over 90 days, there will be no more payments to the care facility, and the patient cannot be readmitted to another Hospital for the same problem.
That means Congress has legally granted forced expulsions of coma and other intensive care patients to die.
So where can these expelled off the very hospital gurney expelled patients go?
That's begins on page 1361 with Section 2512, where those kicked out or unable to see a doctor via the coming doctor shortages will be "referred" into Nurse Managed Health Centers.
In other words, the hospital can stick a "referral" card in your nightgown shirt, dump you at a bus stop at the next corner from the hospital, and if you die of pneumonia while passed out on the bus stop bench, "oh well".
So just where are all these newly created or existing "Nurse Managed Health Centers" exactly? As of September 2010, there were just 250 of these facilities, giving some 2.5 million treatments.

They are not set up for managed care, and the average turn around is about 5 times a year for these patients. So in other words, 250 facilities realistically treat some 500,000 patients (some chronically more than others) at a rate of about 20,000 people per yer per facility. Uh, the US Population exceeds 320,000,000. And if we ADD 100,000,000 to a pre-requisite of Nurse Managed Health Care (NMHC) centers to treat...even if you double the case-load, or increase it by 10 times the September 2010 number, that leaves either 99, 500,000 or 95,500,000 new patients left to fend for themselves.
So who is going to take care of the many tens of thousands of expelled terminal or the hundreds of thousands of unable to pay hospital patients? The scam has already been SEIU planned for by those of the SEIU who wrote the illegal Law.
(Is Obama a Natural Born Citizen born of 2 United States parents on US Soil? Absolutely not. His father was a Kenyan National, and Obama can't even produce a US Birth Certificate, nor is one even on file to isssue him as to being born in Hawaii and who the attending physicians were, what Barack's birth weight was, or anything not already on the short form forgery a paid administrative groupie in his 2008 campaign generated on a California computer...not even being a forgery done in Hawaii. Hence, Obama by being illegal signed not only a voidable law, but runs a voidable Presidency.)
The Healthcare-Deathcare SEIU emplaced provisons within the bill (now illegally law) that were INTENTIONALLY meant to be another scam on the Government, a redistribution of wealth, in which the SEIU runs a minority preference government paid payroll from the $75 per person extortion, employing several millions as part of the New Government Socialism, of whom some 100,000 will be administrators of some sort. The budget breaks down to a self-sustaining income of 22.5 billion dollars a MONTH for the first year of payroll, if everybody pays. An extortion of $270,000,000,000 from Americans, whether they pay themselves, or someone else is arm-twisted to pay for them or face $50,000 fines with felony imprisonment for each offense.
And what of the newly created labor pool of unskilled and uncaring workers looking merely for their paycheck, and simply meeting a quota to stay on the Obama payroll? That is, in Obama Health-Death-care, the vast majority of those who become a managed Heath Care person (and who would be lucky to do more than pass a food handler's class), will be placed on a Federal Government payroll to take a temperature, record the blood pressure, and perhaps scold the patients to eat jello and drink black tea and think they are equal to actual physicians in the services they will worthlessly perform. They will be overseen by either practical nurses, or at best interns in the roles of administrators, giving America third-world care, and with the expectant third-world mortality results to soon follow. You may also expect that these unpractical nurses (not even rising to the ability of a practical nurse, let alone a registered nurse) will offer Government approved talking points or counseling as to "why choose suicide" for those who are chronically ill, or have reached the age of Social Security (in their mid to late 60s and above) and by committing suicide, following the then DNC / SEIU and Obama Administration talking points, "when you spread the wealth around, it's good for everybody" (in the words of Barack Hussein Obama).
Who will the newly created millions of Managed Healthcare workers, just like the Nurses, be required to be a member of? The Service Employees International Union (the SEIU). Can the Nurse prescribe medicine, treat serious cases? No.
On page 1247 the definition and scope of nursing does not change. She can put a band-aid on you, take your pulse or blood pressure, tell you to change your diet, give you a condom, pat you on the head and order you out the door.
And don't forget, in HR 3962, page 187 following, it is now a fact of the illegal Healthcare Law that it says, that if you don't pay into your own required health plan, (now known to be at a rate of $75 per man - woman -child PER MONTH, you will be anti-Constitutionally (since it is neither necessary nor proper) extorted to pay the Commissioner or Health Exchange directly. That's 22.5 billion dolars per month x 12 for a 270 billion dollars a year for corrupt politicians and unions to overpay their salaries with, get dividends from, and say they "earned"...and screw the American people who they would be stealing it from...to these corrupt parasites and termites to the Tree of Liberty, it's to be relabeled as their "fair share" and Communist-Socialist corrupt "wealth redistribution" scheme.
So how will this affect the Presidential elections of 2012, IF we still have the option to vote for and elect a President, if Obama doen't declare himself President for life or Dictator with his willing co-Conspirators already at all levels and departments of Federal Government? we should remember that “lucky” in the ancient Greek is directly translated as "to have a good demon”.
So in effect, Friedman and the New York Times are essentially and subconsciously saying,
“… please make Obama a good demon." Way to go, New York Times.

In February 2011, Liberal Constitutional scholar Akhil Reed Amar, the former law clerk of Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer (when Breyer was judge on the First Circuit Court of Appeals), displayed an idiocy on the US Constitutional Law to such a height, that his then Los Angeles Times op-ed piece ought to be cited as reason to exclude him from any judicial nomination, even if it were Justice of the Peace over the squirrels in a State or Federal Park... to me, his faulty rationale regarding Healthcare is that atrocious and nutty so as to be a clear dis qualifier.

In his February 6, 2011, Los Angeles Times Editorial, "Constitutional Showdown", Amar is clearly disingenuous when he claims to be "apolitical." For a Leftist ideologue who is equated with other Liberal Constitutionalists (who just happen to be ACLU National Board Members like Duke University's William Van Alstyne or Harvard's Alan Dershowitz) in the same breath, this must be a laugh out loud sort of a joke.
Amar focuses his argument that Obama [Forced-Pay Communism as] Healthcare is "Constitutional” based on its inter-state Commerce Clause application. How about the intrastate application? Or do intrastate Healthcare or State rights simply cease to exist because “Amar has spoken”?
If a Healthcare Company operates exclusively in a single state as an insurer to a hospital group operating exclusively in the same state, where is the Commerce Clause applicable to the regulating?

appears to advance the general concept in logical regression is that once the Federal Government in “Obama-care” can over-reach authority and give themselves 1,968 new powers, that they can also eventually claim the same authority to regulate food and deny food as they would over the counter medications or bandages. And if bandages, they can claim to deny you cotton clothing because bandages are primarily cotton. In effect, it goes to more than just regulating prescription medicine, but unconstitutionally reaches its authority to areas where it should not and cannot legally go.
But Amar goes further, he states in his LA Times article that: "There is nothing improper in the means Obamacares deploys. Laws may properly regulate actions and inactions....Breathing is an action...."
In effect, that is in context to the vacuity of the argument Amar makes...through Obamacare, the Government can regulate who can breathe or who is no longer permitted to breathe, and snuff you out. This is the dangerous rhetoric, not just the idiocy of what Amar argues.

Amar has just justified US Concentration Camps as Constitutional, and that anyone Obama deems as undesirable may be liquidated. Why? If the Government can regulate the action of breathing, it can regulate who can and can no longer legally breathe. It can then kill off those individuals, and spread their worldly goods or wealth around, and the murderers who sanction and partake in the spoils of America's planned genocide see such a course of action as a moral good. That is what evil does to the minds of the Left, no matter what evil they do, they will find a way to justify their evil deeds as "good".
You may also wish to read how Amar equates the 22 states who did not join the 28 State majority attaching itself to suing Obama Health-Death-Care as unconstitutional, Amar equates 22 as if they equaled a 3/4ths majority to have made Healthcare an amendment like the 1913 income tax. So...Amar, the Constitutional Scholar that he is, teaches there are 112 States to the United States? That's the only way that 28 opposed becones 25% and the necessary 75 % of the states approving Obama-Health-Death-Care gets passed by Amendment to the US Constitution...if there were 84 states v. the 28 against. Amar currently teaches at Yale University. How the leaves of the ivory have fallen.

Find the eternal Rock of safety and security, and hide your soul in Christ. Make your eternal salvation, through faith in Christ Jesus, and what He did at the Cross (Romans 10:9-10,13) "rock solid", and in the hands of G-D (John 10:28-29).
