Vitalcheck has relationships with multiple state registrar offices across the country to provide "faster service" when requesting documents like birth certificates, etc. I paid $86 to have two certified copies of my birth certificate expedited and their website implied it would take "3-4 business days". Five business days later, no certificates which I need for a passport for travel soon. I called the company and now they say that the state office estimates 10 business days. Vitalchek now says that they've done their part by sending the order to the state office, but they can't call and see what's holding things up, they can't give me the number of the state office to call myself and there's no tracking information at this point. They also won't refund my money because they did their part which was to send my request to the state for me.
I've lost a week already and no one at VitalChek can do a thing to help.
I found out that you can go to your birth county's registrar of deeds and get it for very cheap. My father was allowed to go and get a certified copy by walking in and overnight it to me.
Save your money and be aware that the "estimated" times that VitalChek gives you is just that. Don't depend on them if you really need the documents fast.
So who is this Vitalchek,
a subsidiary of Lexis-Nexis,
which is a subsidiary of Choicepoint,
which since 2008 is a subsidiary of Reed Elsevier
based in both London and Amsterdam?
You know Amsterdam, it is the place where they have more than an entire city block mega computer affectionately named "666" and "the Beast", because the bar-codes on every item we buy is based on a binary 600, 060, 006 number or 666.
This reminds us of Revelation Chapter 13 in the New Testament of the Holy Bible:

Amongst those of the Community, Reed Elsevier is the guardian of "big brother" (the mega- mega-computer) as it regards to running background info in use from the obvious law enforcement to the clandestine NSA and foreign CIA, is it not? It is. Every person in the world that has any data, from their club membership cards and purchases, to every stroke we type on the Internet, to employment and financial records, to Facebook pictures, to what have you, is crunched into data collection centers and processed to "666" and then regurgitated back through Lexis-Nexis et al. in censored form.
If you wish to stranglehold and blackmail Congress or anyone in the US Government, it is accomplished first and foremost through Reed Elsevier from either Amsterdam or London, and Reed Elsevier also has a direct membership and tie in with the Council of Foreign Relations and Henry ("I vant to make Obama the vorld dictator") Kissinger's Bilderburgers. As the axiom goes: "knowledge / data is power".

In other words, it is in the interest of Big Brother and its subsidiaries not to be shown up on the Obama background investigation and other gaffes: information that can be both controlled and altered/manipulated from foreign countries...the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.
In 2005 Choicepoint was already rocked by a scandal of a data loss of 145,000 identities. 35,000 in California and 110,000 elsewhere in the US.
We know this above data loss as reported from Choicepoint itself, as well as through CNN Money and the ACLU.

So what is America missing, other than in most of the Federal Government and in many US States, a foreign firm is gradually controlling the dissemination of information, while gathering anything and everything about each US individual electronically possible to gather?
One major concern is that this group will be the primary controllers of all US Healthcare information and soon coming US National Identity cards, on top of all the aggregate information they already collect or process. The whole goal of the Obamacare Healthcare is to empower SEIU over almost one-sixth of the US Economy, and to install zealots who would unquestioningly become those who would unquestioningly purge and eliminate the political enemies of Obama by process. Obama said he spent his whole life with the agenda of SEIU
and it is those of the SEIU that pre-authored the very same atrocious unconstitutional Healthcare forced-pay or else program that will force a minimum payment of $75 a month from every man, woman, and child in America, while stripping services, and making nurses the primary health dispensers of medical care in the US (except to the privileged). And if a nurse can't help you, according to the unconstitutional alleged Healthcare Law, even though you will die without doctor and medicine that can only be given by a doctor, the newly empowered SEIU will then ship you home from the hospital and you go home to die. And how will they discern who gets and who gets denied medical treatment based on political identity, and cost ratio to the overall system, as to whether or not it is profitable to keep you alive? You guessed it, it will be through the data collection of the subsidiaries of Reed Elsevier, and what's compiled on you in the Beast, or 666 - the massive mega mega world population data collection computer. So we see, the Healthcare takeover is designed to go hand in glove between the SEIU and Reed Elsevier, a foreign controlled entity out of Europe.
The same entity that controls subsidiary Lexis-Nexis, and controls what information about Obama can or cannot be released, as Orly Taitz found out. Lexis-Nexis was the means by which Orly found Barack attended Columbia University of New York City from only September of 1982 to May of 1983. Just two semesters, that's it. That's a hell of a lot of affirmative action do-nothing handouts of extra-cirricular units to go from an Associate Degree to a Bachelor's.

Of another note, or question:
Is this new war in Libya, an unconstitutional war started without imminent threat to US personnel or citizens, without imminent threat of terrorist assault, without retaliation for anything other than breathing and resisting the Obama demand that they let the Muslim Brotherhood and Al Qaeda take over?
Is this War really meant simply as a payback against Khadaffi, who openly states that these are Al Qaeda rebel forces, to also hide the fact of an incompetence of not only Obama's background checks, but that Obama is letting in Al Qaida sympathetic Muslim Brotherhood members throughout the Executive branch? It is my unconfirmed belief that this number now exceeds 600, with 200 in the West Wing, and 400 elsewhere (including the bowels of the Pentagon, the CIA, the NSA, etc.) all in the name of political correctness and sensitivity.
And in the meantime, we now war in behalf of a one-third or more Al Qaeda rebel force in Libya to overthrow Khadaffi because why? Because Khadaffi call Barack Obama a fellow Muslim and a son of Africa?

Obama bombed the sh*t out of Khadaffi with approximately 120 Tomahawk Cruise Missiles
like he would do to the American cities and its US Citizens in behalf of Al Qaeda, if he could get away with it.
