Any duality of citizenship at birth, is an AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION to run for or to be a holder of the Presidency of the United States of America.

Any duality of citizenship at birth, is an AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION to run for or to be a holder of the Presidency of the United States of America.
Further, the de facto and de jure legal definition of a United States Natural Born Citizen with the meaning of the US Constitution and US Supreme Court cases has an expectancy of being a sole legience US Citizen at age 21 by Article 2.1.5 and the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution as well as at birth.
So by NOT being a sole US Citizen at age 21 and age 22, as well as NOT so at birth, Obama has illegally obtained the US Presidency, failing to be a United States "Natural Born Citizen".
Was his father a United States Citizen? No, he was an of age adult citizen of Kenya, then a British Commonwealth, and a subject of the United Kingdom, with whom we had a Treaty with that overshadows the birth citizenship issue, even if Barack II was born in the United States.
Was his mother of legal age to confer a US Citizenship if he were born in a foreign country? No. She was a legal minor under the laws of 1961, allegedly married at the time to a foreign national adult male. Under the 19th Amendment, and statutory laws, Ann was not of legal age to either vote nor to legally confer citizenship. Ipso facto, Barack was not a United States Natural Born Citizen because the transition of his becoming a United States Citizen was not sole nor a natural and foregone conclusion, having a fourth alleged citizenship by the age of 18, that of Indonesia as well as active British and Kenyan Citizenships.
And in "Factcheck's" own words, so allegedly correct that its author Joe Miller was hired as a High Public Relations Official in the Obama Administration:

But we initially missed that the Constitution provided him a two-year window for making that choice.

So even the very spin-doctor that was part of Obama's former employer, the Annenburg Fund, and whom was also hired by the Obama administration, this Joe Miller, acknowledges a multi-citizenship to Barack Obama at birth.
That multi-citizenship at birth, to Kenya and Britain (and to the US, IF AND ONLY IF he was born here) means Obama fails a mandatory Constitutional qualification to legally be or hold the office of the US Presidency.

In the Sep/Oct 1884 issue of the American Law Review, just 16 years after the passing of the 14th Amendment, Democratic lawyer George D. Collins (of the Wong Kim Ark fame) stated that in order to be “natural born” of a particular citizenship, such as the United States, “that his father be at the time of the birth of such a person a citizen thereof”".
Again, as an authority on explaining a Natural Born Citizenship distinction, Collins is that same co-prosecutor for the United States who won the landmark case of US v. Wong Kim Ark 169 US 649 in 1898,

Elk v. Wilkins, 112 US 94 (1884) @ 101-102 states that:

Obama owed legience to both the United Kingdom (Great Britain) and Kenya at birth, regardless if he was born in the US or not, only by complete dishonesty can anyone label the man a qualified occupant of the Presidency. Ipso facto and de jure, he is not legally President of the United States, and his entire occupancy is legally voidable.

Obama is on video remarking that he could not find his Birth Certificate. Quote: “There are few things in life that harder to find and more important to keep than love…well, love and a birth certificate.” Unquote.
In this instance,of NOT being able to find his Long Form Birth Certificate, I believe that Obama was being serious…and even as with Groucho Marx, who at times was serious in stating what he thought to be the truth and came off funny, so it was for Obama. To the audience, "truth IS the joke." That audience was including those US Senators as well.
