Obama's 2 Executive Orders, not too different from Hitler authorizing Concentration Camps to export citizens deemed enemies to himself

...in his mind, did he envisioned a day when like Hitler, he would be found authorizing himself or the Executive Branch of the Federal Government with the legal ability to use foreign governments to export US citizens deemed enemies to himself?

Such a scenario is not too far or different from December 17, 2009 AMENDING Executive order 12425, wherein he made Interpol immune in “snatch and grabs” of US Intelligence agents of the not so distant past and other US Citizens (currently put on his enemies list). Did Obama de facto issue EO 12425 in amended form in order that Interpol and theirs remain beyond US prosecution or US prevention of their US Citizens on US Soil “snatch and grabs”?

And how would Interpol -- or what Interpol collectively is made up of...the police of virtually any police force on Earth, including current and past terrorist nations --know who to snatch and prosecute, in regard to retired US analysts and Intelligence Agents?

On December 29, 2009, that was enabled by Obama’s Executive Order 13526. So Reagan’s CIA and DIA analysts who helped coordinate bombings on Libya or Lebanon, Interpol can now arrest – transport – and torture without any rights granted the ex-analysts or agents. Technically, an Arab nation swearing out warrants based on information that will be provided by EO 13526, can legally invite members of Al Qaida to torture US Citizens under the claim of eventually trying them at The Hague, behead the US Citizens, and say “oops”…they died of natural causes (it was “natural” for a Muslim to kill an infidel, is what they will mean), and then completely dispose of the body, never to be exhumed or returned.

Is this how Obama seeks to “change the world”? If you will remember, Obama had no qualms in betraying the Intelligence of the United States less than 8 years previously, when on March 03, 2009, it was reported that he released "Secret Bush Anti-Terror Memos".

Attorney General Eric Holder was more concerned about the alleged "civil liberties" of others, than he was about National Security and America's Safety from terrorists. So whose Civil Liberties" is Obama's Attorney General, Eric Holder, most concerned about? The Muslim terrorists far and away above any US Citizen victim or potential victim.

Holder should be the de facto defense attorney of Khalid Sheik Mohammed, and the Northwest flight 253 bomber, because that is where his sympathies lay. No US victim of 9/11 or Fort Hood victim or potential victim of 12/25/2009, is as worthy as the rights and justice a foreign terrorist deserves in either Holder's or Obama's legal actions. The treason of these men are that clear, if only America would look back on their actions and read what they did and did NOT do as if 50 years into the future.

Then, a mere 9 months and a couple weeks after the report on how Obama and Holder betrayed America with the release of the Secret Bush Memos of less than 8 years earlier: over a period of only about 12 days, and in 2 executive orders, Obama showed us that even a 25 year timeline of Confidential and Top Secret preservation means nothing to him if it can endanger the United States in any way AND he can get away with doing it.,

That is exactly what happened: an unprecedented erosion of our US Constitutional liberties has been illegally signed over to Interpol's discretion by Obama…and since Interpol means almost every nation on Earth, this means (now, and "legally" according to the eyes of the World through Interpol), we are less than second class citizens to be under the thumb of the world’s mercy or the lack thereof.

The Tyranny has begun in the form of two Executive orders by an illegal and unconstitutional usurper putative President!!

It is time those in the legal profession rise up and boot Obama out of office on his lack of authority by NOT being a United States Natural Born Citizen, and offering no proof of the same as required in Bute v. Illinois, 333 U.S. 640, 653 (1948)

Hence, the demand for Obama to produce his Long Form Birth Certificate is a valid demand…and moreso, that Obama prove that a foreign father who made Barack a foreign natural born citizen of Kenya for the first 23 years of his life, and a dual British Commonwealth national for the first 23 years of his life and which duality may STILL be in effect , is somehow a 100% US Natural born or 100% citizen through 2 US Citizen parents.

The burden is on Obama to prove he has the legal right and fulfillments to obtain and hold the office of US President (which he has NOT such a Constitutional right)…it is NOT on “we the people” to “prove” he has NOT that legality, though time and again, we make the case publicly, using the First Amendment rights given us. In the meantime, and Obama and his team delays, stalls, and delays; and uses campaign and tax-payer dollars to fight like Hades to keep the fact that he is a usurper out of Court.

Note the dismissals of the primary "Birther lawsuits" are usually on the right of the individual to sue… with the judges ruling essentially on 'do they have enough “standing” to sue'…NOT on the merits of the accusation. That slander is of not having merits and just cause is reserved for outside the Courts by Obama's zealots and Communist-Socialist allies, lest the liars protecting Obama spew their same outside the Court perjuries in Court and spend some prison time themselves.


So tying it all together, Obama signed 2 Executive Orders in December 2009, meant to cripple the US Intelligence Community, and to enable enemy states to remove, torture, kill via Interpol, anyone Obama deems an enemy. That may very well include active members of the United States Congress, or anyone NOT having the cover or protection of active US diplomatic immunity.

In contrast to both Obama and Holder's betrayal, releasing secret memos of a classified and top secret nature within even 8 years, contrary to what was allowable by previous Executive Orders, we se that -- unlike President Bush was empowered to Protect America by support from Congress, before the US had its first battlefield terrorist.

President Bush on September 14, 2001, issued Proclamation No. 7463, 66 Fed. Reg. 48,199 (Sept. 14, 2001) in response to the 9-11 attacks. Then Congress legalized President Bush with Pub. L. No. 107-40, 115 Stat. 224(2001) which states: The “President is authorized to use all necessary and appropriate force against those nations,organizations, or persons he determines planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001, or harbored such organizations or persons.” That includes our CIA, DIA, and whatever Intelligence initials we need to use as authorized by President Bush, and in relation to those in Gitmo now or awaiting trial.

In his September post 9/11 address to a Joint Session of Congress, President Bush promised that “[w]e will direct every resource at our command—every means of diplomacy, every tool of intelligence, every instrument of law enforcement, every financial influence, and every necessary weapon of war—to the disruption and to the defeat of the global terror network.”

Notice and legalization for "torture of enemy combatants" outside the protection of the Geneva Convention, was served.

Common article 3 of the 1949 Geneva Convention, grants only those non-uniformed enemy combatants who are engaged in internal civil wars (not international conflicts) any legal rights. In other words, any armed non-Afghani caught on the Afghan battlefield who fired on our soldiers (such as those Yemenites or other nationalities in Gitmo), can legally be executed on the spot, under a "take no combatant prisoners not wearing a recognized uniform of a Geneva Convention nation policy" by the US Army. And if that is legally possible, these these Gitmo terrorists and any future terrorists de facto have no recognizable "civil liberties" under our laws, or that of the Geneva Convention. It is merely a question of morality, not legality. The rest is Communist-Socialist hogwash meant to logjam the system with a stop via a manpower crunch and excessive costs. Those who logjam the system and expenses for these kinds of legally unrecognized enemy combatants, are become gremlins, and those giving aid and comfort to the enemy.

Note that such a position is what Attorney General Holder argued in early March 2009, that he openly wanted to aid, comfort, and bring these terrorists to continental US soil, and was confirmed anyway. By his very words and actions from before his confirmation until the Northwest Flight 253 arrest, it appears to me that he STILL intends to unleash Al-Qaeda Gitmo terrorists here, as if harmless migrant workers...and his behavior and words are demonstrative of that very intent, in my opinion and belief.

Constitutional Law mandates that if Obama were a legal President, instead of a usurper, his legal obligation would be to ENSURE the Security of the USA: Haig v. Agee, 453 U.S. 280, 307 (1981) (citing Aptheker v. Sec’y of State, 378 U.S. 500, 509 (1964)); accord Cole v. Young, 351 U.S. 536, 546 (1956). Since he knows he is illegal, and many of us know he is illegal...watch what he does, and collectively make the assessment as if you are viewing it from the distant future. Only then, you will wonder why more people are so blinded by Obama as many Germans were blinded by Hitler in the late 1930s...was it an idea, a believable lie, a collection of carefully crafted and expertly presented false promises leading into deeper and deeper tyranny? Or was there so much sin and spiritual darkness away from G-D, that people loved the evil more than the good because their deeds were evil also?

Will America forget that Obama has already betrayed America's Security and its police officers as well?


May 7 - 8, 2009, media word circulated, and then it was verified and reported in such as Policelink.com (since pulled for politics) that Obama cut the Public Safety [Police] Officers' Death Program Benefits from $110 million to $60 million.

Obama might as well have said, "Disregard whatever public lip-service I give. I, Barack Hussein Obama II, I not only hate cops; but their families who survive them also."

On May 8, 2009, we now learn from the Washington Post that "Obama's Budget Eliminates New Funding for Nuclear Detection".

And why did Obama order 4,000 captured Taliban released in Iraq earlier this year?
JUST WHOSE SIDE IS OBAMA ON, ANYWAY? And why does Hawaii now celebrate "Islam Day" as an Hawaiian State holiday, starting September 24, 2009, in honor of Obama? Especially when so very very few Muslims live in Hawaii? The answers are as close as the newspaper headlines, if only America will just open its eyes, and wake up.
