On Friday November 18, 2011, the Russian born naturalized US Citizen and Attorney, Orly Taitz, addressed the New Hampshire Ballot Law Commission (aka. the Elections Board) in Room 307 of the Legislative Office Building over the ineligibility of Barack Hussein Obama II.
Even though she was born in the Soviet Union, now simply called "Russia", the Assistant Secretary General of the State of New Hampshire said under cross-examination by Attorney Taitz that she, Orly, could run for President of the United States in New Hampshire, as long as she filed the correct form, filled it out properly, and paid them the $1,000 fee.

The testimony (see 43:12 ff.) revealed that Joe Biden filed the paperwork and used an Obama check in person, and that Biden submitted an affidavit swearing he was Constitutionally eligible. Even though born in Russia, if Orly Taitz did the same, (see 46:28 ff.) the Assistant Secretary of State said she would be placed on the Presidential Primary Ballot if she chose to make the same declaration.
Born in Russia, run for US President in New Hampshire? You couldn't write such fiction and have it believable until it really happens, such as with this 2011 New Hampshire Elections Board. Orly also brought
out of the Assistant Secretary of State and this Elections Board that to them the facts of birth citizenship and Constitutional qualifications do NOT matter in running for President of the United States, only if the form is filled out and the fee is paid. No SS# is used on the form and no birth certificate is required to file. However, if there is a challenge to the candidacy and the legitimacy thereof, the whole process is supposed come to a stop, and an inquiry is supposed to be made. However, the whole testimony of the process was both affirmed, denied as well as the passing of responsibility by the Assistant Secretary of State. She received the 85 page complaint of factual evidence, gave it to the Attorney General of New Hampshire and what was next was none of your business. Since Obama swore he was who he said he was, and the identity he said he was, the 85 page challenge of facts of felony fraud as to his identity documents was set aside as if it never happened and was never introduced because they were not a Criminal Court and no one had a Court Case where Obama introduced into Court Evidence that he wasn't born in the USA.
The Ballot Law Commission legal adviser (55:51-56:15.) read off that the Commission must decide if the filing conformed with the Law, etc. And then read off about the law including a correctly filled out form.
Question: What is Barack Obama's legal last name? Is it Obama-Soetoro? Is it Soetoro? Is it Dunham-Soetoro? Is it Obama? Or is it something else? 85 pages of legal doubt was presented by Orly Taitz...more than enough that legally required them to conduct a legal background check and inquiry to Obama's identity.
The two cases that were absent that should have been pounded in and emphasized were absent.

In my review of the Obama Political Funds for the first quarter of 2011 , it is my belief that the likely Long Form creator is specifically likely to be Layered Technologies, the same who were only paid $2,027 by the Obama Political funds.
