Judicial Watch
has uncovered a cache of damning Elena Kagan related e-mails showing her involvement in implementing an Obama Healthcare Legislation and/or how to go about doing it.
In response to the scandal, they are reporting that the Washington Times has reported that 49 Congressmen in the House of Representatives wish a Judiciary Committee Investigation into the matter. Since John Conyers is a Communist-Socialist (a Democratic Socialist of America member) and Democratic Chair, you can kiss the hearing a fond farewell. The Representative said that he wasn't able to read a Healthcare Bill without 4 lawyers and two days, and refused to READ the Healthcare Bill. Uh huh. By comparison, with dozens of notations, I was able to peruse the first 400 in the very first hour of reading it. So if a Communist-Socialist traitor and co-conspirator to this nation refused to read the Healthcare Bill at the time, why wouldn't he simply NOT be bothered about Elena Kagan being thrown off the US Supreme Court and likely disbarred?

It seems to be, that Elena Kagan should be thrown off the Bench and dis-barred.
Did she or did she NOT perjure herself before Congress when being investigated?
That is the question that all America needs to NOW be asking.
A Special thanks to Judicial Watch for their service to the Republic of the United States of America, and for their expose' on Kagan's clear appearance of violating any right to sit on the US Supreme Court by her own past conduct and secretive advocacy she may very well have repeatedly perjured herself before Congress regarding. That very likelihood needs further investigating, and she should be on forced suspension without pay while such an investigation is made.

The House Judiciary Committee made its decision after receiving a June 24, 2011, letter from forty-nine Members of Congress requesting an investigation of the matter. The Members were reacting to Judicial Watch’s release of documents obtained through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit indicating that Justice Kagan helped coordinate the Obama administration’s legal strategy to defend Obamacare, which seems to contradict Kagan’s confirmation testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee.
The issue could be central as to whether Justice Kagan will recuse herself from any Obamacare litigation that comes before the U.S. Supreme Court.

We are pleased that the House Judiciary Committee has followed Judicial Watch’s lead and is investigating Justice Kagan’s role as Obama’s solicitor general in crafting a defense of Obamacare.Judicial Watch’s Freedom of Information Act lawsuit has been consolidated with a similar FOIA lawsuit that had been first filed against the Department of Justice by the Media Research Center. The lawsuits are now both before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. The documents were first produced in the Media Research litigation. Both the Media Research Center and Judicial Watch continue to seek additional documents.
The stakes are high regarding Kagan’s participation in Obamacare litigation. The U.S. Supreme Court is all but certain to decide whether or not Obamacare passes constitutional muster.
Justice Kagan suggested during her confirmation testimony that she was merely a disinterested bystander during legal discussions about Obamacare. However, the documents Judicial Watch pried loose from the Obama Justice Department suggest otherwise. Justice Kagan and her key deputies were heavily involved in crafting a legal defense for Obamacare.
