America Betrayed. Lt. Col. Lakin and his new Lawyer Puckett dumps US Constitution with acts of Court cowardice.

Daniel 3


1 Nebuchadnezzar the king made an image of gold, whose height was threescore cubits, and the breadth thereof six cubits: he set it up in the plain of Dura, in the province of Babylon.


2 Then Nebuchadnezzar the king sent to gather together the princes, the governors, and the captains, the judges, the treasurers, the counsellors, the sheriffs, and all the rulers of the provinces, to come to the dedication of the image which Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up.


3 Then the princes, the governors, and captains, the judges, the treasurers, the counsellors, the sheriffs, and all the rulers of the provinces, were gathered together unto the dedication of the image that Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up; and they stood before the image that Nebuchadnezzar had set up.


4 Then an herald cried aloud, To you it is commanded, O people, nations, and languages,


5 That at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king hath set up:


6 And whoso falleth not down and worshippeth shall the same hour be cast into the midst of a burning fiery furnace.


7 Therefore at that time, when all the people heard the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and all kinds of musick, all the people, the nations, and the languages, fell down and worshipped the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up.


8 Wherefore at that time certain Chaldeans came near, and accused the Jews.


9 They spake and said to the king Nebuchadnezzar, O king, live for ever.


10 Thou, O king, hast made a decree, that every man that shall hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, shall fall down and worship the golden image:


11 And whoso falleth not down and worshippeth, that he should be cast into the midst of a burning fiery furnace.


12 There are certain Jews whom thou hast set over the affairs of the province of Babylon, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego; these men, O king, have not regarded thee: they serve not thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.


13 Then Nebuchadnezzar in his rage and fury commanded to bring Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. Then they brought these men before the king.


14 Nebuchadnezzar spake and said unto them, Is it true, O Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, do not ye serve my gods, nor worship the golden image which I have set up?


15 Now if ye be ready that at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the image which I have made; well: but if ye worship not, ye shall be cast the same hour into the midst of a burning fiery furnace; and who is that God that shall deliver you out of my hands?


16 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter.


17 If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king.


18 But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.


19 Then was Nebuchadnezzar full of fury, and the form of his visage was changed against Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego: therefore he spake, and commanded that they should heat the furnace one seven times more than it was wont to be heated.


20 And he commanded the most mighty men that were in his army to bind Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, and to cast them into the burning fiery furnace.


21 Then these men were bound in their coats, their hosen, and their hats, and their other garments, and were cast into the midst of the burning fiery furnace.


22 Therefore because the king's commandment was urgent, and the furnace exceeding hot, the flames of the fire slew those men that took up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego.


23 And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, fell down bound into the midst of the burning fiery furnace.


24 Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonished, and rose up in haste, and spake, and said unto his counsellors, Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said unto the king, True, O king.


25 He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.


26 Then Nebuchadnezzar came near to the mouth of the burning fiery furnace, and spake, and said, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, ye servants of the most high God, come forth, and come hither. Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, came forth of the midst of the fire.


27 And the princes, governors, and captains, and the king's counsellors, being gathered together, saw these men, upon whose bodies the fire had no power, nor was an hair of their head singed, neither were their coats changed, nor the smell of fire had passed on them.


28 Then Nebuchadnezzar spake, and said, Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who hath sent his angel, and delivered his servants that trusted in him, and have changed the king's word, and yielded their bodies, that they might not serve nor worship any god, except their own God.


29 Therefore I make a decree, That every people, nation, and language, which speak any thing amiss against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, shall be cut in pieces, and their houses shall be made a dunghill: because there is no other God that can deliver after this sort.


30 Then the king promoted Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, in the province of Babylon.

15 And when the morning arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying, Arise, take thy wife, and thy two daughters, which are here; lest thou be consumed in the iniquity of the city.


16 And while he lingered, the men laid hold upon his hand, and upon the hand of his wife, and upon the hand of his two daughters; the L-RD being merciful unto him: and they brought him forth, and set him without the city.
17 And it came to pass, when they had brought them forth abroad, that he said, Escape for thy life; look not behind thee, neither stay thou in all the plain; escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed.


18 And Lot said unto them, Oh, not so, my L-RD:

19 Behold now, thy servant hath found grace in thy sight, and thou hast magnified thy mercy, which thou hast shewed unto me in saving my life; and I cannot escape to the mountain, lest some evil take me, and I die:


20 Behold now, this city is near to flee unto, and it is a little one: Oh, let me escape thither, (is it not a little one?) and my soul shall live.


21 And he said unto him, See, I have accepted thee concerning this thing also, that I will not overthrow this city, for the which thou hast spoken.

22 Haste thee, escape thither; for I cannot do anything till thou be come thither. Therefore the name of the city was called Zoar.


23 The sun was risen upon the earth when Lot entered into Zoar.


24 Then the L-RD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the L-RD out of heaven;


25 And he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground.


26 But his wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt.

Lakin Trial, Day 1:

On December 14, 2010, Lt. Col. Terry Lakin pled guilty at his Court Martial to 4 specifications involving the refusing to obey orders that were deemed "lawful".  lawful orders, one of which was then dismissed as repetitive of the same specification charge. 

Lt. Col. Terry Lakin of his own and uncoerced accord, did create Youtube videos and announce himself a determined and public martyr to settle the Obama "long form birth certificate" issue.  He, to the best of my knowledge, did not precede his decision with the seeking out of any legal advice, but instead went ahead, made a video, and then went to Chapel upon it before releasing the video prior to refusing his orders to deploy to Afghanistan...if I understand the issue correctly. 

When push came to shove some 8 months later, like a coward thrown to the lions, rather than stand and pronounce his faith and conviction to move to trial, Lakin groveled to the court judge Col. Denise Lind, and groveled repeatedly saying how wrong he was to have disobeyed his orders.

 Some may argue that he was intimidated with death by the Government or some powerful entity, or that his family was threatened and he caved.  Had that happened, more than likely, family members of Lakin would have broken a worldwide Media covered scandal.  I do not discount the possibility, I do discount the likelihood or probability that such threats were made by the Government given the hostility and political backlash it would unleash inside and outside Capitol Hill were such a plan of coercion carried out.

Lakin's groveling was followed by his then pleading NOT GUILTY to missing  US Air Flight 1123 on 12 April 2010, and the subsequent effect of not reporting for duty and missing his movement .

Lt. Col. Lakin himself has abandoned his case, and it is a grave public abandonment of a case having "standing" to force Obama to fulfill US Law requirements as specified in US Supreme Court Case law via 333 US 640 @653 and 533 US 53 @ 54,62.   One may say that if he were a Constitutionalist beforehand, he has chosen apostasy and ignorance, and burned the incense his lawyer told him to burn, and groveled the words he was told to utter...no morally different than the persecuted Christians under Caesar Trajan were required to utter if they wished to be set free instead of suffer torture or even death for being found out to be Christians.
Well, Lakin, it seems to me gave up on America and our Republic in order to save himself.   Even so, we can only hope that there will be other cases having standing in time to prevent the coming Communist-Socialist wave of anarchy against America, enabled and protected by Obama and those he appointed to power (inclusive of anti-American social justice activist and pro-Muslim Eric Holder at the Department of Justice, etc.).  

  Perhaps Lakin and Puckett would be offended and say by groveling and throwing away any legal right for Lakin to demand Obama's Hospital birth certificate with witnesses (in the eyes of the court)  they exercised good trial strategy.  Should we surmise or gather that such is as if instead of a strategy, we should view this action more as an  undisclosed deal?  Such a verbal "deal" between Puckett and others involved in the Prosecution and Judging, would be to the effect that Lt. Col. Terry Lakin might gain clemency of the court by paying the same type of invisible or inward homage as those in ancient Babylon (all but for Hananiah, Azariah, and Mishael...aka. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego) did to Nebuchadnezzar's image, and for that bowing and groveling before the Court and to Obama indirectly, be offered an non-prejudicial general discharge and a ruling of such that would allow Lakin to keep his license to practice Medicine. 

Hebrews 10

38  Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.


39  But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition  [like Lot's wife]...
     
In the Greek of the Gospels, Jesus tells us in no uncertain terms that we are to hupomeno: "to remain under and endure" trial and persecution to the end in order to be saved (e.g. Matthew 10:22).  We are also told that the L-RD knows our breaking point, and will allow us a way or avenue of escape...but he also states that we are to speak what the Father will put in our mind to say in the hour we need to say it when we stand before trial or kings.  We are not called to grovel before the world when we have committed ourselves to being witness against its corruption and are making a stand for righteousness.  In those times, we put on the armor of G-D by faith, and our focus is completing our task, even if we are ourselves physically assassinated (as those three righteous Jews before the King of Babylon almost were, almost assassinated ) for merely being righteous and convicting those offended to the heart by those words G-D gives us to speak in the hour we need to speak those words. 

America needs advocates and zealots to the extremes of Patton, where the desire to win in behalf of righteousness and freedom takes a "no quarter given" to allow oneself any option short of winning.

Most of us remember the George C. Scott rendition, but the memory of Patton goes on because he he knew he had a destiny to win...to NOT quit on his country or himself.  When he was done, along with the Army Air Corp, his actions in war made the lands of the enemy "look like looking at hell from the air as you fly over", or words to this effect.




The wisdom of G-D is greater than the betrayal of lawyers who seek to balance their own personal career and political gain by manipulating their clients to futher themselves, regardless of the outcome.  It seems apparent that  Lakin abandoned the wisdom of G-D at trial and morally bowed and groveled, and turned back to the world system.  That was his choice to make, at the risk of his eternal soul, because this kind of compromise can drive people who cannot remain and endure to a voluntary choice of damnation, and even to the remorse of suicide, once they realize how they missed an opportunity to greatness in history...and instead, cast themselves aside as those to whom society becomes ashamed and would rather forget.

Lakin made his choice...and that is his right.  America needs heroes who complete that which has been given into their hand and opportunity to do.  The Apostle Paul did not shrink back from appearing before Festus nor Caesar, and despite his smallness of stature and broken and scarred y more than 1,000 whip strokes body (39 x 5 lashes per each stroke = 1545), Paul finished his course, and although beheaded by Rome, entered into glory beloved of Christ the L-RD, and his legacy of being one of the greatest Jews of Faith in HASHEM, to be mentioned in the same breath as Abraham or King David because he showed such fidelity to G-D,  lives on and on.  The Founders of this nation who shrank not back, they are those who until this recent wicked generation of Anti-Christian and anti-American politicians were held up and remembered.  The Founders shone forth as examples of courage and faith in righteousness, and of those who loved freedom over tyranny.  Today, those wishing to enslave have cast them aside, calling evil good, and that which is good, they call evil.

Yes, we could make the excuse that the "having a Usurper in office without a valid hospital birth certificate" is big bucks and important also for big anti-America strategic control grabbing.  By example, we could point out that GE, after helping Iran to become Nuclear, was rewarded by Obama and Pelosi and Reid...as GE in the subsidiary of GE Capital bought out much of the Royal Bank of Scotland and raked in 92,000,000,000 in stimulus monies.  Then we have the issue that Russia's ARMZ has gained access to controlling half of all US uranium under Obama's approving eye. And we can go on and on. We are not just going against a singular ideology or pro-Obama system, we are bucking up against corruption and finances on a scale that boggles the mind, and surpasses anything else in the history of the United States. I dare to not just hope, but to believe that those who corrupted the Presidential process, and acted to destroy America in backing and pushing Obama, be they heads of Unions or Soros, or Pelosi or Reid, that these can legally and peacefully eventually be arrested from the Federal Levels of law Enforcement, perhaps specially empowered by Congress and the US Supreme Courrt via a Special Prosecutor, and tried and convicted for their crimes, and all their assets and wealth liquidated and used to pay for their prosecutions and incarcerations, etc.

For if there is no respect of persons with G-D, neither should we fear men who can only kill the body...but let us fear G-D who can cast both body and SOUL into hell.  Yea, let us fear G-D and reverence G-D long before we worry about the halitosis of those breathing out threatenings against the righteous, that they may do more evil, and that more freely and  wickedly to much greater extremes.


We can ill afford to waste anymore time on those who intentionally shrink back at the moment of opportunity to save the Republic by legal and peaceful means, prior to any violent revolution the Left plans to unleash by the tens of thousands upon America, be they worse than mass duplications of the lone arsoning of multiple  housse of the rich in Cape Cod Massachusetts (with graffitti left behind saying "F*** the rich", following Van Jones and George Soros with their "bottom up" revolution), or by other examples of violence that may mimic Bill Ayers and his Weather Underground days (days and acts of violence that included murder, deeds he adamantly refuses to denounce at book signings and the like).

 I recommend that if, in such a precarious time as we are now entering, that if Lt. Col. Terry Lakin wishes to go into the ranks of those who refused to finish or completee (such as a competitor in an Olympic Game or such), we should respect his wishes, then forgive his cowardice, forgive him, and then forget him.   If he wishes to shrink back, that cowardice reflects ill upon him...not upon us, nor upon the righteousness or the rightness of our cause to uphold the US Constitution and preserve the Republic from its DOMESTIC enemies by what legal and peaceful means and processes we can, while we still can.  Our cause is right.  Our cause is just.  We press on, and if need be, perish with our face toward the enemy.  For as Irenaeus once said, "The blood of martyrs is the seed of the Church".  Even so, the blood of righteous men (especially we who are legal and peaceful in our actions) must also be able to account for Liberty and just governance after us.  We already had one Revolution for Liberty...while we have the legal and peaceful means, we must do what we can to avert the NEED for another.  Lakin forgot that...so let's now forget him, and move on.

 On Decemer 16, 2010, Lt. Col. Lakin was sentenced to 6 months with pay forfeiture and dismissal from the Army.  The Prosecutor, Captain Phil O'Beirne, boasted to the sentencing panel that it is not up to anyone in the military to uphold the Constitution.  Lakin and his Defense Attorney Puckett and their change the "p" to an "f" defense, by their actions of caving and groveling, concurred with that treasonous boast, and made any previous contradiction of words to that boast of Captain Phil O'Beirne...that to the military, the Constitution doesn't or shouldn't matter (or words to this effect)...was relegated to an existence as if that any denial of that Obama Administration lock-step to Communist-Socialist ideology with a demand of blind fealty (as if to follow any President they deem, even dictators, over the Constitution) never happened.  This kind of anti-American and anti-Constitutional betrayal can clearly be seen and cited as just another part of the "inside-out" corruption of the USA that Soros and his representative Van Jones like to boast about.  As for Lakin...forgive him, let him move on with his life...and forget him.  He made his choice.  Time to move forward.  -- Peace.]]]]]
