While the politicians around the country are trying to use fear tactics to regulate guns out of the hands of its citizens for fear of another Connecticut style shooting massacre of school-children, Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County is rightly using his resources in a constructive and pro-active way, by utilizing armed members of his 3,000 strong Posse Comitatus to patrol the perimeters of the 50 Elementary, Middle and High Schools in his jurisdiction.
Good for you, Sheriff Arpaio!
My only proviso that I would add, if I were to advise Sheriff Arpaio and knowing that these were "volunteers", is that they should get together with Frontsight http://www.frontsight.com/Testimonials.asp and coordinate a special 4 day Defensive and Tactical set of courses that Frontsight can specifically design for the Posse Comitatus, and thereafter be used as a model for other Sheriff Departments around the Country (also to train there at Frontsight as well).
That is how much I believe in and endorse the Frontsight Training experience. That's my input. -- Brianroy
