Under the badly mislabeled "USA Freedom Act" , no longer will there be any problem having
the Chinese --
for example, that data of some 4,000,000 U.S. Federal Employee background checks hacked
from federal government dating back to 1985
or any foreign Government take any and all electronic data
as long as they pay for it as part of Foreign Commerce that Congress claims it
is and claims the power to regulate under the recent illegal legislation mis-called as the USA Freedom Act.

within the sphere of anything that is electronic or electronically communicated
(that includes your and my bank assets folks), and that the U.S. Consumer using
any of their products is powerless to resist or sue for damages for loss of
job, loss of income, arrests and any conviction brought about by them by their
warrantless seized data and PROPERTY of the U.S. Citizen. Furthermore,
the USA Patriot Act presents a new office of a "friend of the
Court" who on the behalf of the Government abandoning the Constitution of
the United States, will ever justify any criminal prosecution on any United
States Citizen not under their "protected" status, such as a direct
employee of the Federal Government or a telecommunications employee acting in
behalf of a protected non-liability [See section 105] status position.

In other words, the Congress of the United States-- as Representative Jim Sensenbrenner has so quoted as his authority -- has authorized full freedom from liability data collection of U.S. Citizens by Private corporations and claims the power to regulate the SELLING OF THAT DATA TO FOREIGN NATIONS!!!

On June 5th, a Confirmation that the
Trans-pacific Partnership is a building of global governance at the expense of
Congress giving AWAY its legislative powers, was made public by Senator Jeff
Sessions of Alabama, who made his open letter regarding that very fact in the
language of that legislation that the Totalitarian-minded in Federal Government
refuse to allow the American People to read, because they want to ram Foreign
and Overseas Governance over the affairs of WE THE PEOPLE of the United States
down our throats, and try and force us to accept what tyranny THEY want.
