Well Obama has issued his Amnesty Order and legislated from the Oval Office on November 20, 2014; and then went on television and did an Orwellian re-write of both history and what the law is.
Article 1 – Section 1 – “All legislative powers herein granted
shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a
Senate and House of Representatives.”
Article 1 – Section 8 – Only CONGRESS is allowed to Legislate
and “establish a uniform rule of
naturalization…”
How difficult is that for Obama or Congress to understand that
what Obama is doing by committing to an Executive Branch form of Legislating and
usurping Congressional Powers, while also contracting for 34,000,000 blank
green cards to be printed up for this illegal amnesty order of his? In his speech, Obama demands we take his word for whatever new and fabricated reality is that he dishes out, such as securing the borders when THIS YEAR he ordered gaping holes in the southern border, e.g. Texas, and imported tens of thousands of diseased illegals and then shipped these (including the highly diseased and contagious) illegals off to all 50 states at taxpayer expense.

Question: Mr. President, my question will be as follows: With an executive order, could you be able to stop deportations of the students? And if that’s so, that links to another of the questions that we have received through univision.com. We have received hundreds, thousand, all related to immigration and the students. Kay Tomar through Univision.com told us — I’m reading — “What if at least you grant temporary protective status, TPS, to undocumented students? If the answer is yes, when? And if no, why not?”
Obama: "Well, first of all, temporary protective status historically has been used for special circumstances where you have immigrants to this country who are fleeing persecution in their countries, or there is some emergency situation in their native land that required them to come to the United States. So it would not be appropriate to use that just for a particular group that came here primarily, for example, because they were looking for economic opportunity.
WITH RESPECT TO THE NOTION THAT I CAN JUST SUSPEND DEPORTATIONS THROUGH EXECUTIVE ORDER, , THAT'S JUST NOT THE CASE, BECAUSE THERE ARE LAWS ON THE BOOKS that Congress has passed — and I know that everybody here at Bell is studying hard so you know that we’ve got three branches of government. CONGRESS PASSES THE LAW. THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH'S JOB IS TO ENFORCE AND IMPLEMENT THOSE LAWS. And then the judiciary has to interpret the laws.
There are enough laws on the books by Congress that are very clear in terms of how we have to enforce our immigration system that for me to simply through executive order ignore those congressional mandates would not conform with my appropriate role as President."

The North American Law Center has rightly called for Obama's Impeachment,
The North American Law Center has rightly called for Obama's Impeachment,
and I among other patriotic Americans have written my
Congressman and demanded Obama's IMPEACHMENT.
Not only demanding IMPEACHMENT, but also citing how they go about doing
it.
The very starting of the process is simple enough.
Impeachment Under Congressional Rules
"Article 2, Section. 4.
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the
United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction
of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."
The opening salvo is started in this way:
"Impeachment proceedings may be commenced in the House of
Representatives by a Member declaring a charge of impeachment on his or her own
initiative, [ III Hind’s Precedents of the House of Representatives , §§ 2342,
2400, 2469 (1907)]
by a Member presenting a memorial listing charges under oath,
[ III Hind’s Precedents of the House of Representatives, §§ 2364, 2486, 2491, 2494, 2496, 2499, 2515.]
or by a Member depositing a resolution in the hopper, which is
then referred to the appropriate committee. [ 116 Cong. Rec. 11941-42 (April
15, 1970); 119 Cong. Rec. 74873 (Oct. 23, 1973). See also,
Brown, W., House Practice, A Guide to the Rules, Precedents
and Procedures of the House , § 6 (1996).]."

I hope that you who are U.S. Citizen readers to this internationally read blog, will do the same, write or call your Congressman, and demand Obama's immediate removal by Impeachment NOW. Thanks.
For now, that's my input.
