Obama confesses his citizenship is based on the faith of others, not blood or birth? Is anyone listening?

Or in other words...Obama is saying to all Americans:

"I don't have a US Long Form birth certificate, my Kenyan Father was not an American, I probably wasn't even born in America, and who cares...so long as YOU have the faith I am an American Citizen, that's all it takes."


Is that a fair summary of what he said?


Really? Now he openly admits it and flaunts his alien status as an "in your face" taunt? Does any one else take it that way, or what?








Who is Obama?


1) He is someone who could care less about Russian spies on US soil. He therefore passive-aggressively supports Russian spies, but if they get caught, he isn't either for or against it.

Why not? His father was an alien national and Communist, who might have been a Russian spy in Kenya for all we know. His mother also could have been a Russian spy of her own free will. Was Obama even born in the United States of America...or is his unsubstantiated claim just a Communist assisted cover-up by American Communists and active foreign agents? Foreign Communist agents like the 10 Russians waging a Second Cold War who were just caught in New York, and curiously, most all of them were also alleged to have been planted BEFORE Obama stopped working for Alice Palmer, the KGB mole hugger; after whose employ Barack Hussein Obama suddenly ascended among the Communist-Socialists of the DSA in Chicago almost immediately thereafter? Was Obama also an American Case Officer or go-between liason of Russian Spies as a State Senator aka. Community Organizer, using his SEIU, ACORN, and other connections?



Ask the questions America. We don't even know where this guy was born, what his birth weight was, if he even actually attended Columbia University or just spent a 3 day weekend there or what.


2) He is someone who nominates an unqualified and non-jurist to be processed before the US Senate, who is on record as an avowed Socialist with Communist and Socialist associations and leanings, as well as a progressive agenda to change the meaning of Free Speech to whatever a Government entity dictates is NOT a harm to that Gov't entity's subjective view as what a "societal cost" is.

Kagan wrote in US  v. Stevens (2010)

This Court has recognized that some categories of
speech lack First Amendment protection, because the
speech has little or no expressive value and causes serious
societal harms.
Whether a given category of speech enjoys
First Amendment protection depends upon a categorical
balancing of the value of the speech against its societal
costs.

Hence, Kagan as a jurist would rule that there is no free speech regarding Capitalism, because it is a moral evil, and thus can be banned...as well as outlawing free religious speech by Christians and Jews, and anything having to do with the Bible...and I think, would promote Islam as a State forced anti-Christ religion.

In other words, using "animal cruelty", Kagan seeks to open the door of precedent where all Christians and Jews can be silenced, fined, and imprisoned for public acts of faith from verbal expression to a public display of a cross about one's neck, or an "of faith" t-shirt, while advocating and endorsing Muslim proselytizing, symbolism, burka wearing requirements or what have you. The societal costs and free speech protection no longer falls to strict originalist Constitutional language, but to whatever it is "evolved" to say by whomever rules at the time.

Pamela Gellar reveals that the Jewish Elena Kagan was obsessed with adopting a Communist turned "National Socialist" views as part of hers:

 "Elena Kagan's senior thesis at Princeton University, recounting the history of socialist politics in New York City, cited the theories of an influential German Marxist who notoriously switched allegiances to Nazism after Adolf Hitler attained power.


Werner Sombart was widely recognized as an academic proponent of Marxism and was once praised by Karl Marx's colleague Friedrich Engels as the only German professor who understood Marx's Das Kapital. During World War I, however, Sombart endorsed Germany's "heroic" war against the "capitalist spirit" represented by England. In 1934, Sombart published Deutscher Sozialismus, which advocated the "total ordering of life" as an expression of the German Volksgeist, or "national spirit."

In answering this question, historians have often called attention to various characteristics of American society that have militated against widespread acceptance of radical movements. These societal traits -- an ethnically divided worked class, a relatively fluid class structure, an economy which allowed at least some workers to enjoy what Sombart termed ‘reefs of roast beef and apple pie,' -- prevented the early twentieth century socialists from attracting an immediate mass following. Such conditions did not, however, completely checkmate American socialism."

There is a clear reason why modern Progressives do not wish to be transparent on their views...because they wish a totalitarian form of governance of the Communist persuasion.


Who is the Judicial "hero" Kagan would most like to copy and pattern herself after as a Judge, were she ever to become one?

It is an activist Israeli Judge, Aharon Barak, who figures judges need to dynamical alter and change the meaning of the texts of law to fit whatever NEW interpretation they wish to impose upon the text in order to achieve a desired end result, as this linked video shows.




So if we were to ask Kagan about the "Progressive" interpretation of the Law that she is pursuing, and have gotten the honest no-holds barred answer,

we would have ended up with an answer such as "the reinterpretation of law whose end-game is the overthrowing of the Republic of the United States" or "the political isogesis of redefining the US Constitution and all laws until we achieve a totalitarian State modeled after..." ( and then fill in the blank). That is, IF she would have been honest or honestly answered Senator Sessions on her Progressive Legal Re-interpretations on US Law, such as Free Speech as she so wrote to the Supreme Court in US v. Stevens THIS YEAR!!!

So if, hypothetically, Barack's grandfather and father associated with Soviet agents in Kenya, and became Communists there...and (hypothetically) his white grandparents did so with Communist agents in the US (possibly from Cuba, and other third world Communists as well possibly those from China)... and (hypothetically) by releasing his birth info, some of that information can be leaked out, such as because of the name of the hospital administrator or physician or location born...why would Barack ever want to release his Long Form birth certificate, stating the hospital and street address he was allegedly born at, especially if it was NOT in the USA?

He would do exactly as he does today. Play the long game, and focus on the Revolution from within the Executive Office, and destroy the Republic of the USA from within, but bit by bit, and through whatever orders and legislation he can get away with while so doing it (so as to avoid an immediate uproar, alledged impeachment, or other what have you).


Barack Hussein Obama, Usurper of the US Presidency with a US Congress and US Supreme Court asleep at the switch, or actively conspiring under the false pride of moral intellectualism, as if it could never happen here, and people in the "real world" just would do that. Really? Then why do we even have a DIA and CIA ? Yikes!

In the meantime, while our intelligence agencies are asleep at the switch, we have a potential past domestic collaborator with foreign agents of those of Communist nations wishing to help subvert and overthrow the US who says to America:

Contrary to Obama is the Supreme Court Law, the original intent of the Founding Fathers (regarding what a Natural Born Citizen is), and the history behind it: the history reaching back to the Bible for Nature's Law, and the Greeks (like Plato) for the Law of Nations.


Being an American, therefore, and contrary to Obama, is by a combined action of Nature's Law and the Law of Nations, where by blood being joined to a people by Covenant Oath: when a parent or ancestor is adopted into a national family or the nation of the United States of America, those descendants who follow him, being born by blood or birth, and soil, become Americans through their fathers by blood and by birth in the United States or one of its sovereign territories. The nationality of the child as an American Citizen is not dependent upon their ethnicity, but the Covenant Citizen Relationship of the parent with the United States, the location of birth, the domicility of the child, and the fact that the child is subject to the laws and sovereignty of the United States.



If it were merely a matter of faith and not of blood or birth under the Law, then anyone in the world who runs up a US Flag, and says by faith that they are now American -- without union by blood, birth, soil, and an officially recognized covenant oath with and to the US -- Obama declares as an American?

  So from the Pygmies in Africa, to head-shrinkers living on the Amazon, to active members on the Chinese Communist Parliament or in the Russian spy agencies...anyone who simply says, "by faith, I am an American,"  is so in Obamaworld?  Do we now pay these Social Security welfare checks  and change the rules of who collects the benefits of US taxpayers if they should be unemployed, and having a financial hardship? 

Oh yeah. here we go again with Mr. Hypocrite on transparency, who enables America's enemies, who sticks it to the South's poor by refusing to allow international skimmers to clean the Gulf of Mexico's oil at a greater rate than its gushing, available for months now, and refused...the same one refusing to show proof he was even born on US Soil with an actual hospital or Long Form Birth Certificate, now wants the citizens of the world to what...just say they are Americans by faith, and then he can have Congress justify themselves to pass bills to send our tax dollars to pork projects in Venezuela, Cuba, Kenya, and wherever they "by faith" say they are Americans in their hearts?

If America can't see the importance of such a treasonous and seditious statement as Obama uttered for what it is, then the Communists have won the Second Cold War, and our nuclear destruction by America's Third World enemies is not far behind. Perhaps even to the point where Obama ships them some of our nuclear arsenal, so as to "balance power" in the world under the excuse of making the world safer. Just when you thought such a thought was too incredulous, just give him another year, and it may actually come true. One of the nations perhaps being to his beloved Imams of Iran. And guess which two destinations they will program such missiles to strike? Israel, and the United States of America.
