Tell it like it is. Arizona Citizen rightly exercises his free speech to rightly call John McCain as one who commits TREASON against the United States in his supporting Al Qaeda, to his face.
Meanwhile, Obama and Kerry state that Obama can act without Congress in Syria and launch a war there.
Because of threats of impeachment from what tallied as 140 members of Congress, and was growing, Obama pulled back after an open-air with his current Chief of Staff, Dennis McDonough's counseling session on August 30, 2013, and only thereafter sought Congressional approval
when he realized the impeachment momentum was firing up in his own party as well as many Republicans.
The Pentagon had already war gamed the situation out, and gave Obama a report in early 2012 that no matter what, a minimum of 75,000 U.S. troops would be required to invade Syria in order to remove him from power, as air power alone could not guarantee the desired result.
Many in the Media were and are livid that Obama didn't continue ignore the Constitution and launch his war anyway, regardless of the lack of legal standing Obama has to launch a war, even were he legally in office, which he is not anyway, NOT being a Constitutionally qualified office holder in absolute defiance to the Constitution, so that every act...EVERY ACT HE COMMITS AS AN ACT OF THE OFFICE OF THE U.S. PRESIDENCY that Obama commits is a Constitutionally and legally prosecutable as a felony usurpation of power.

So what is the law, then? Obama and anyone who supports him in attacking Syria is acting outside and against the Laws of the United States.
There is NO national emergency existing between the United States and Syria, as they have NOT attacked the United States, nor is there an imminent threat to. Which is why the taking of aging nukes from Texas with a potential threat of Obama nuking a South Carolina harbor port city on the same day as their transfer from Texas TO South Carolina
is such a big concern to watch out for.
Of a side note: I am a personal witness to how Obama views the United States spitefully and hatefully after he had by that time completed 2 years at Occidental, and I was present some 5 to 7 feet away from him, (Obama facing Ayers, I was to Obama's left at Obama's 10 o'clock, and to Ayer's right at Ayer's 3 o'clock) when Obama interviewed (in the summer of 1981) for a position of mentoring under Bill Ayers (who stated he was the representative for the "Central Committee" for the purposes of this interview), and to which Obama specifically and fervently expressed his desire to destroy the United States from within as a genuine Marxist-Leninist. Those were his words, "Marxist-Leninist". He approved of a nuclear destruction of the United States in a rapid firing back and forth with Ayers after the use of "Marxist-Leninist". So do I believe Obama would use a nuke on a U.S. city? If the opportunity presents itself, YES. Obama is about 3 things: advancing Islam, advancing Communism, advancing homosexuality. I personally believe by observation in the news of Obama, that Obama could care less about most black americans unless they were of the above three, and even then, to him they are as expendable as a piece of paper that can be crumpled up and thrown away. If they are not useful for manipulation and purposes of power, they might as well not exist to him, or something to this effect. Obama at least appears to be a sociopath, which psychological disorder reinforces a willingness for him to nuke a U.S. city, especially a southern city, and falsely blame another country in order to advance Jihadi Islam and genocide Christians. But I digress.
Congress has issued NO declaration of war, so a military strike on Syria is illegal. There has been no specific statutory authorization given that allows Obama to branch out and create another war because of this or that previous authorization, such as what Congress authorized President George W. Bush to do as regarding those who attacked us on 9/11. In fact, if Obama were to bomb Al Nusrah in Syria, also known as "Al Qaeda in Iraq" reconstituted in Syria, a legal President would have the executive and statutory authority to bomb Al Qaeda in Syria.

But Obama has no interest in bombing our enemies if they are Al Qaeda, because as the Egyptian Newspapers report, Barack Obama as POTUS currently hold membership in the Muslim Brotherhood,
the same as his brother Malik,
who funneled U.S. aid to Egypt in the form of bribes as high as $805,000 U.S. taxpayer dollars in either single payments or to singular Muslim Brotherhood individuals in Egypt during the reign of terror under President Morsi.

Those same Al Qaeda who followed that fatwa as they warred on our troops in Iraq, that group is the one that Obama, Kerry, and McCain are hell bent determined to materially support and overthrow a sovereign nation for, in an invasion that Obama black ops instituted over 2 years ago.

Under the U.S. Constitution Obama has committed TREASON. Article 3, Section 3:
"Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying war against them OR IN ADHERING TO THEIR ENEMIES, giving them aid and comfort."
Was Al Qaeda in Iraq our enemies? Yes.
Did we ever sign a truce with them or call off our war with them by federal legislation through Congress? No.
So, if Senator John McCain supports NOT bombing Al Qaeda In Iraq / Al Nusrah, but in giving aid and comfort, weapons and food and medicine and technology and training to Al Qaeda, enemies who actively killed U.S. troops in Iraq and that we should overthrow a regime and give them an entire country to run, et cetera, how is it NOT Constitutionally defined as an act of Treason?
