Joke:  Have you heard how that Obama is so removed to a self-loving fantasy-land on how great he is that he now wants to change his name to "There" and move the White House to Disneyland? 

 That's so every day the staff can greet him singing, "Hey There, hi There, ho There, you're as welcome as can be!"

 But then, Obama can always change his name to Mickey Mouse as well, since even his critics already have a fresh manufactured birth certificate   already waiting for him  to put along side his own other manufactured creations.
