 4)    Then Peter, fixing an intense and strained gaze into him,
         together with John, said,
              'Look - See into us!'

5 And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them.

 6)    Said Peter, 'Silver and Gold certainly not is to me,
(but) then what I do have -hold-possess,
this to you I give of my own good will and accord.

In the Name of  Yeshua HaMesshiach  -
In the Name of Jesus Christ
                               the Nazarene,
                               rise up and walk around!'

7)   And pressing - squeezing - taking     him by the right hand,

9 And all the people saw him walking and praising God:

 9)    And all the people looked - saw - beheld him walking about
         and singing praises to GOD.

10 And they knew that it was he which sat for alms at the Beautiful gate of the temple: and they were filled with wonder and amazement at that which had happened unto him.

that this was he (who was) sitting down
for  mercifulness - alms of mercy - alms of outward charity
at the Beautiful Gate / Door of the Temple.

And they were filled with astonishment (and admiration)
and a state of being caught up in ecstasy
together (with him) upon that having happened to him.

11 And as the lame man which was healed held Peter and John, all the people ran together unto them in the porch that is called Solomon's, greatly wondering.

 11)   Having strength and power then,
         the healed - cured
lame - infirmed man (and) Peter and John
         ran together
         - - up to and alongside with them, all the people (also ran) - -
         upon the Porch called Solomon's.

12 And when Peter saw it, he answered unto the people, Ye men of Israel, why marvel ye at this? or why look ye so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made this man to walk?

 12)    And greatly amazed -
           And greatly astonished,
           seeing - beholding this,
then Peter answered up to and alongside with the people:
                   'Men, Israelites.
Why do you wonder - marvel with admiration
                    and astonishment upon this one,
or why do you gaze intently
to the point of straining (yourselves) at us
as (though it were) by our own private
                    power - ability - capability
                    or devout godliness
[as being that  which is responsible for]
having made him to walk around?

13 The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus; whom ye delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let him go.

13)          The GOD of Abraham and of Isaac and of Jacob,
the GOD of the Fathers of us
                ascribed glory and honor to
the Child - Ambassador - Servant  of Him, Jesus,
whom you delivered over - delivered up
and denied - refused - rejected  Him
down against the face of Pilate,
that one having decided in judgment
to unbind and loose Him  - to release Him.

14 But ye denied the Holy One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you;

14)         Then you denied - refused - rejected
               the Holy and Righteous One,
and asked as inferiors to a superior
(that) a man, a murderer,   to be willingly given over
as though a kind favor to you.

15 And killed the Prince of life, whom God hath raised from the dead; whereof we are witnesses.

15)          Then the Originator - First Cause - Author    of Life
[of G-D's Creation and all that lives upon the Earth]
               you slayed - killed - put to death;
whom GOD raised out from a dead corpse,
of which we are witnesses - martyrs.

16 And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.

16)          And upon the trusting believing faith of the Name of Him,
this one who you gaze as spectators closely looking at,
and see - know - are acquainted with,
                make solid - stable - strong the Name of Him;
and the trusting believing faith which through Him
               gave to him
              [this healed lame-paralytic ]
this entirely perfect completeness and soundness
              [of body and limbs]
before the presence of all of you.

17 And now, brethren, I wot that through ignorance ye did it, as did also your rulers.

17)          And now, brothers,
                I see -  I know
that down in the ignorance of not knowing
               (you) habitually acted,
and just as - exactly like     the rulers of you.

18 But those things, which God before had shewed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he hath so fulfilled.

18)         But then GOD,
               who announced and published beforehand
that through (the) mouth of all the prophets of Him,
               the Messhiach - the Christ
should undergo the experience of suffering.
He fulfilled - accomplished in this manner or way.

19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.

 19)         Repent - change your mind and how you think,
therefore, and be converted - be turned about
into the rubbing out - smearing out - blotting out
                of the sins of you;
                in what manner or how
perhaps times of refreshing (with inner rest and peace)
may come forth  from (the) face / presence of the LORD:

20 And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you:

 20)        And shall send forth out the
beforehand preached - beforehand proclaimed to you,
               Jesus Christ:

21 Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.

21)         Whom Heaven needs to readily accept and receive
continually until (the) times of Restoration and Restitution
               of all things,
which GOD spoke at random through
(the) mouth of all (the) holy prophets of Him
               from (the) Age.

22 For Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you.

22)         Because Moses truly indeed,
up to and alongside with the Fathers, said that,
' ' A Prophet to you (the) LORD GOD will raise up
and cause to appear from out of the brothers of you,
                      like Me.
Him you shall hear - listen intently to - obey
down in - according to     whatsoever
                      He may speak at random
up to and alongside with you. '  '

23 And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people.

23)          Then it shall be, every soul,
whosoever may not hear - listen intently to - obey
                the Prophet,
that one there  will be utterly ruined - utterly destroyed
(as slain within, with torments and distresses)
                from out of the people.

24 Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days.

24)              Then also all the prophets,
from Samuel and those following down
                    (in succession),
as much as spoke at random
and declared and published these days beforehand.

25 Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.

25)             You are the sons of the prophets
and the disposition of the Covenant - Will - Testament
which GOD placed - appointed  through
up alongside and with the fathers of us,
                    laying down definite words, saying,
up alongside to and with Abraham:
'  ' And in the Seed of you shall be blessed
all the lineage - descendants - families
                                of the Earth. '  '

26 Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.

26)             To you first  -  To you first of all,
GOD having raised up and caused to appear
                   the Child of Him, Jesus,
sent Him forth speaking well of you
                   and showing you favor
in the turning back again your evil nature - wickedness -
from each and every one of you.
