Was the October 28, 2016 Lawlessness In Oregon Courtroom By Federal Marshals Founded In Oregon State Police Getting Away With Murder Of Unarmed Lavoy Finicum?

On April 11, 2014 and then April 20, 2014, I offered two postings on the Nevada division of Bureau of Land Management (BLM) acting in over-reach, mostly for Senator Harry Reid's dirty politics family involvement, against the Bundy family.

Later, some of the Bundy family, frustrated by BLM persecution elsewhere such as in Oregon, decided to use their claim to fame in successfully standing legally and peacefully against Federal Domestic Attempts At Tyranny in a neighboring state with others for whatever reason as their form of activated peaceful resistance.  

Have we entered into another phase of  Obama Administration induced lawlessness in 2016?  Yes, it is quite apparent that this is so.  While the Obama Administration protects INVADERS and FOREIGN VIOLENT CRIMINAL ACTIVITY INSIDE THE UNITED STATES in places like Arizona, it pushes States like Oregon to follow their lead in treating United States Citizens like a military engaging foreign terrorists.  In effect, we have an entire reversal from Law and Order as part of Obama's Fundamentally Changing the United States of America (in order to destroy us as a people, and as a nation).   

In Arizona, this year, The Illegal to even be in power Obama Administration --

(illegal because Obama is NOT a United States Natural Born Citizen, and has NO de facto Constitutional Authority, only a claim and presumption founded on reversible and voidable illegality) --

 ordered the Pinal County Sheriff Department to let there be an INVASION of Drug Smugglers, Foreign Invaders, perhaps even Al Qaeda / ISIS terrorists contrary to Article 4 Section 4 of the Constitution of the United States.

In Oregon, The Obama Administration appears to be directly and criminally complicit (perhaps via Jeh Johnson and under the guise of "Homeland Security") in instructing the Oregon State Police to assassinate those who occupied Federal Lands, and were granted local Law Enforcement permission to go to a town meeting.

The above video, which even the mention of was suppressed in Court before a jury effectually exonerated the Bundys on October 28, 2016,  clearly shows that NO ATTEMPT TO ARREST was initially made on the part of Oregon State Police, and instead, those inside the vehicle  were shot upon with no due process to conduct a felony stop with orders to give up and submit to arrest.  Only threats of "We are going to shoot you", "We are going to kill you",  or words to that effect was initially given, and then other than firing on the vehicle only verbal silence on the part of the Oregon State Police was given the occupants of the vehicle for minutes into what should have been a use of an audio amplification device ordering them to submit and comply to being arrested. 

We have reached a point when the Oregon State Police, the Bureau of Land Management, Homeland Security, and now United States Marshals are sowing to the wind in discarding the Constitution of the United States whenever it is convenient to exercise a Bind - Torture -Kill moment or moments of depravity on their part. 

When  LaVoy Finicum was shot, he was shot by a true dumb ass / a mental incompetent who should be stripped of his badge, and serve at least 6 months in jail for reckless endangerment of shooting in the direction of his own brother officers, and be banned for life from law enforcement, and tried for the killing of LaVoy Finicum at he very least.  It is not that he just shot  Finicum 3 times with what sounded like an AR-15, but he shot his rifle in a direct line of fire where he could have taken out 2 to 3 brother officers and there is no blow-back and removal of his shield?  Hell no!

Things we know:

The suspects were NOT violent  & had not hurt anyone

Gov Knew who the suspects were so escape was not a concern

Cops had much greater force, numbers & daylight

Cops picked the place, when and how this went down

Cops used deadly force option by blocking the road before stop

Cops show no regard for their fear when than ran down a man with his hands up

Cops were so anxious to shoot they shot at each other, crossfire

Suspect was UNARMED

Suspect did NO point anything at officers

Suspect had his Hands up and spinning as if to show unarmed

Why no spike strips used

Why chase them when they had several opportunities to arrest

What was the Emergency or exigency to get them NOW

Suspects were in 3 to 4 feet of snow, no threat of escape

Cops created more exigency than needed in my opinion.

And from the cell phone video, we hear, that once Finicum is down, he gets shot on the ground 5 more times!  What, he wasn't dead enough with 4 direct point-blank AR-15 hits?  

Those top officers on scene during the killing of Lavoy Finicum should have all been fired and given 1000 hours of Community service each, and all the rest who fired their weapons at the scene suspended 60 days without pay, and put on 2 years’ probation.  

For those Marshals in the Courtroom who attacked, hog-tied, and tasered an attorney without just cause, acting under color of authority, charges need to be brought against ALL the marshals involved acting under color of authority in committing assault and battery on this attorney, and they need to be chastised and named and indicted and put on trial, and their careers terminated, and that THEY (the Marshals who assaulted and tasered this attorney) be investigated as RICO suspects themselves. We need to know what THEIR criminal conduct is and has been from coercion and bribe taking to financial audits to past assault and battery complaints to every ding inside and outside their employment jacket, and demand we know who above them gave them the green light or orders to do this. Otherwise, next time, they will discharge their firearms in court without cause and demand as executioners that they are above the Law to murder there as well.

But because the Oregon State Police got away with murder that was green lighted from perhaps Jeh Johnson himself, the Marshals now are one step away from handcuffing then executing even defense attorneys in Court and having expectancy to slippery slope eventually get away with not only that, but any U.S. Citizen that might dare perhaps expose their corruption and financial gravy train criminality as well.  It becomes where anyone who exposes corruption is evil, and the ones who promote and do the corruption glorify themselves as heroes and good, lying to themselves and threatening up to death upon anyone opposing them.  If only, at least in the Oregon standoff situation, they would have followed the Laws and their training rather than blood-lusting opportunities themselves and licenses to kill.  For example,

Again, despite evidence actively being suppressed by the judge of the Courtroom itself, evidence of anything to do with LaVoy Finicum (at the insistence of "Homeland Security"), the Bundys were acquitted and then rearrested WITHOUT WARRANT and WITHOUT CHARGES and their attorney who dared raise his voice a little bit and ask them to show them their warrant when a judge was in their presence to do so, was subdued, handcuffed, hog-tied, and THEN TASERED in a fully neutralized position.  


But at least a few others are freed, while the Marshals and others hold over the Bundys to be offered up for corrupt revenge for Senator Harry Reid (in daring to lose his family millions of dollars from Chinese Solar Farm investors, the reason why they were persecuted in the first place):
