01/27/2010 - In the State of the Union Speech, Obama said:
…I've called for a bipartisan fiscal commission, modeled on a proposal by Republican Judd Gregg and Democrat Kent Conrad. (Applause.) This can't be one of those Washington gimmicks that lets us pretend we solved a problem. The commission will have to provide a specific set of solutions by a certain deadline.
Now, yesterday, the Senate blocked a bill that would have created this commission. So I'll issue an executive order that will allow us to go forward…

But the reality is, this issuing of the Executive order as a way to make NEW LAW, is what I have warned about for the past month and more.
Obama views any Executive Order he passes as if it were the law of the Land, and as equal to being passed by Congress, and equal to a US Supreme Court ruling.
This Executive Order declaration is Obama's Rhineland decree...and he needs to be challenged now, before he consolidates a Gestapo/KGB backed form of power to literally liquidate any rivals under any pretext.]]
Obama also stated:
With all due deference to separation of powers, last week the Supreme Court reversed a century of law that I believe will open the floodgates for special interests -- including foreign corporations -- to spend without limit in our elections. (Applause.)

The response by Justice Alito was a moving of the lips (without any disruptive sound to the chamber he was in) and a justifiable response. "DEFINITELY NOT TRUE" is a Freedom of Speech action.
I will simply concur with those 3 words Justice Alito mouthed, and apply it in general to the rest of the State of the Union address Obama gave. It is, to me, that obvious.

To date, in 2010, the entire Obama campaign donor records remain sealed, and there is no evidence that foreign monies were ever refunded within the 10 days of receipt as required by Federal Law, nor refunded at any time before the 2008 Presidential election.
Obama received illegal support from Gaza. It started with Ibrahim Abu Jayyab in February 2008,

increased to at least 17 Palestinians of Gaza with financing and computers and their own facility by May 2008...
and was paid off on January 27, 2009 with a 900 million dollar Palestinian pay-out to known terror groups in both Gaza and the West Bank under other terminology and excuses.
Since Ibrahim Abu Jayyab was still widely known as active in working the phones from Gaza mid to late October 2008 to get Obama elected,

it follows that at least the other 17 did so work the phones for pay to elect Obama as well...and the Press looked on in benign amusement, instead of frowning on the felonies and raising the alarm of a scandal.
Many lies can be attributed to Obama in the State of the Union Speech
but not all of them are clear-cut at the first. Obama depends on us to be apathetic or sympathetic...we are hated and attacked with Alinsky tactics if we choose to be anything else than those two choices they demand that we choose from.
I sincerely hope Obama offended and insulted the entire Supreme Court so greatly with his prevarications, and stating that his executive orders are equal to both the decisions by the Supreme Court and laws passed by Congress in his "in their face" State of the Union speech, that the Supreme Court will allow the challenge to Barack's non-US Natural Born Citizen status and unconstitutionality to serve, to at least now or in the near future, be expedited and fast tracked forward. That's my input.
