¹ O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?   (KJV)       

1)      O Inconsiderate - O mindless - O unperceptive - O unobservant -

          O foolish       Galatians:

          to whom      down (through) - before    the eyes of you,

          Jesus Christ was   [seen and read in Scriptures as]

          announced beforehand in Writing as Crucified.

         Who cast the evil eye with the stare of malicious envy to 

         bewitch you    to perhaps not be persuaded to the truth -

         to the true reality (of things as they really are)?

² This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?   (KJV)     

2)   This alone - This only

       I willingly desire - have in mind - intend    to learn from you:

       Did you take (and seize) the Spirit out of the work performances 

       of Law,   or out of hearing of a trusting faith?

³ Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?   (KJV)      

3)    You are thus in this manner so   

        inconsiderate - mindless - unperceptive - unobservant - foolish

        in having commenced - in having begun   in Spirit,

        now at this present time    do you complete and bring to an

        end goal or perfection in (the) flesh?

⁴ Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if it be yet in vain.   (KJV)    

4)    Have you experienced and suffered so many things

        without purpose or cause - vainly - in vain?
        If perhaps  indeed   and - also - even     (it is) 
        without purpose or cause - vainly - in vain.

⁵ He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?   (KJV)     

5)    Accordingly - Therefore,  
       He benefacting and supplying upon   to you  the Spirit,
       and energetically operating and effectively working
       dynamic mighty power in you,
       (is it)  out of work performances of Law
       or  (is it) out of (the) hearing of faith?

⁶ Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.   (KJV)      

6)   According as Abraham  believed - trusted GOD,
       and it was reckoned - by reason and intelligence accounted
       to him for righteousness.

⁷ Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.    (KJV)      

7)   Know by inquiry and examination, therefore,
       that out of faith,
       these are (the) sons of Abraham.

⁸ And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.   (KJV)      

8)    Then, observing, being aware, and perceiving 
        the Scripture   beforehand - in advance,
        that out of a trusting faith GOD would
        justify - righteousify   the ethnic nations
        evangelizing - preaching the good news - proclaiming the gospel
        beforehand - in advance      to Abraham
        that:
               'In you, all the ethnic nations 
                will be blessed - well spoken of.'

⁹ So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.    (KJV)  

9)   According  
       [to this Scripture of Promise, it was spoken and then written] 
       so that those out of trusting faith
       are well spoken of - are blessed   together with the 
       the trusting - the believing - the faithful     Abraham.

¹⁰ For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.   (KJV)   

10)    Because / For       how great - how much - how many as
         (as there) are    (operating)   out of the work performances 
         of Law,
         (these) are under a curse (as a consequence of Judgement),
         because / for   it has been written - engraved - inscribed:
              'A curse is laid upon   all - everyone
               who certainly remains not  in all the things
               having been  written - engraved - inscribed
               in the book - scroll  of the Law
               to do - make - perform - bring about  them.'

¹¹ But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.   (KJV)       

11)    Because then in Law, 
         not even one is justified - not even one is righteousified
         near - in the presence of - in the vicinity of - before    GOD
         is  evident - plain - clear - manifest
         because :
            'The righteous - The just one
             out of trusting faith will live.'

¹² And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.    (KJV)        

12)   Then the Law is certainly not out of a trusting faith,
         but the Man  doing - making - performing - bringing about 
         these things,
         shall live in them.

¹³ Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:    (KJV)    

13)   Christ purchased - bought - redeemed us out from
         
        from out of the (Judgement) curse  -
        from out of the curse (as a consequence of Judgement) 
        of the Law,
        having become   over - for (on the behalf of)    us 
        a curse (as a consequence of Judgement)

*End-note:  Deuteronomy 28:66

"Talah" (תלה), is the Hebrew verb that means, "to hang". In Isaiah 22:24, Talah is used to describe a "hanging like a peg" (perhaps 'on a wall' would be a best word picture illustration for us). In Psalm 137:2, Talah is descriptive of the "hanging" of a (traveling) musician's lyre upon a tree in a foreign land. In Job 26:7, using “talah”, the earth is described as hanging upon nothing.  In Esther 7:9, the Greek Version (LXX, or the Septuagint) uses the Greek word "stauroo" in translating "talah".   In other words, after Haman was hung by a rope, he was impaled up high on the instrument of death, like a peg some 50 cubits high, fixed as an example to all.

In Deuteronomy 21:22ff, after the offender 'worthy of death' is stoned dead, he is then impaled and "hung upright" as though a dead image. Yet, quite often, the neurological system is still somewhat active, as many corpses may still have the post mortem "quivers". This aspect is important, because TaLaH (as a root word) has a derivative in the Hebrew word "teli" (תלי), which literally means: "to quiver".   The nails pierced the hands of Christ through the bone in the bend of the hands at the wrists, right through the major nerves. This will make the hands go limp, the thumbs to bend into the palms, and the arms to quiver. Add a mildly breezy cold day in March, and strip Messiah of all garments, and the whole body will shiver and shake. So it is at this point that the next passage of Deuteronomy strikes home between Jew and Gentile unbelievers alike, as the literal reading of Deuteronomy 28:66 (in light of this) tells them:
"And your LIFE shall be hanging and quivering before you,
and you shall tremble with fear, and dread night and day,
because you do not believe into your LIFE." (Translation Mine)

The LIFE that is talked about in Deuteronomy 28:66 is YHVeH Messiah, who is the way, and the truth, and the LIFE (John 14:6); who for us men and for our salvation, came down from Heaven, and offered Himself as a ransom/sacrifice for our sins.

1 Then fourteen years after I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas, and 

took Titus with me also.   (KJV)

      in the midst of - with        Barnabas,

      taking and seizing up Titus together along, also.

2 And I went up by revelation, and communicated unto them that gospel which I preach among the Gentiles, but privately to them which were of reputation, lest by any means I should run, or had run, in vain.    (KJV)

       and I   set up - put up - laid up - placed up   before them

       I may not   into hollow uselessness / in vain   have run.

        permanently  remain and continue up alongside with you.

7 But contrariwise, when they saw that the gospel of the uncircumcision was committed unto me, as the gospel of the circumcision was unto Peter;     (KJV)                 

7)   Beholding and seeing that I have been entrusted (with)

       of the Uncircumcision  - of "the covered extremity",
       as according to Peter to the Circumcision,

          walked straight and uprightly   up alongside with
